The not-for-profit Richardson Center Corporation is in great need of day-to-day operating funds to continue oversight and management, services outside of our state funded planning and construction activities.

With input and support from the community, we have worked to craft a strong reuse plan, stabilize the buildings and grounds, and open the site for public access. Our next steps will see the first stage of redevelopment as a boutique hotel, event and conference space and Buffalo Architecture Center. Next year we will complete the new South Lawn for the community to enjoy.

Please, in order to maintain oversight of this transformational project, we need your support. A donation in any amount is greatly appreciated.

For $50, $100 or $500 these special opportunities are available: 

Each $50 - one ticket to the Richardson Olmsted Complex preliminarily scheduled for the evening of January 26, 2012 (please provide email for additional information). 

$100 - one ticket to the Richardson Olmsted Complex preliminarily scheduled for the evening of January 26, 2012 (please provide email for additional information) and a poster of the Tower Building as photographed by internationally famous photographer Patricia Bazelon  (as available). 

$500 - a private 90 minute guided tour for you and up to 20 friends scheduled at mutual convenience
